Legendary for ribs, famous for so much more. Fully cooked. Sous vide. In sweet + smoky Kansas city style BBQ sauce.
Pork Baby Back Ribs, BBQ Sauce (Water, Molasses, Tomato Paste, Granulated Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Modified Foods Starch, Salt, Natural Smoke Flavor, Spices, Dehydrated Onion Powder, Dehydrated Garlic Powder), Water, Seasoning (Salt, Spices [Black Pepper, White Pepper], Dehydrated Garlic, Canola Oil), Natural Smoke Flavor.
Oven: Place oven rack in center of the oven and pre-heat to 400 degrees F. Cut open the rib pouch and transfer the ribs and sauce to oven safe pan lined with aluminum foil. Place pan on oven rack. Heat in oven for 22-25 minutes. Baste the ribs a couple of times while heating. Carefully remove from oven and allow ribs to rest for 1 minute before serving. Outdoor Grill: Pre-heat gas grill to medium heat (about 400 degrees F). Remove ribs from packaging and reserve sauce. Place ribs on grill directly over the flame. Cover the grill. Flip and baste ribs with sauce every 4 minutes. Heat for a total of 15-20 minutes until sauce begins to caramelize and ribs are heated through. Remove ribs from grill and allow to rest for 1 minute before serving. Heating times may vary with each individual oven or grill. Keep refrigerated. If frozen, thaw before heating.
