Place frozen fillets on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 19 to 22 minutes. Wait patiently. Drizzle with finishing sauce. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush a square of aluminum foil with oil or butter. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on the foil and loosely crimp foil edges together to form a pouch. Grill for 19 to 22 minutes.
