Filling: Boneless Chicken, Cabbage, Onion, Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sesame Seed Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Spices, Ginger, Garlic. Dough: Enriched Wheat Flour [(Wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour], Water, Salt, Soybean Oil. Dusted in Vegetable Starch.
Keep frozen. Cooking: To Microwave: Before microwaving place 8 potstickers in a bowl of room temperature water submersing them for 1 minute. Remove potstickers and microwave them on High for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Potstickers will be heated through, but wrappers will not brown. To Pan Fry (Traditional Method): Pour 2-3 tablespoons cooking oil in a heated saute pan, add frozen potstickers. Saute for about 1 minute over medium heat until bottoms are lightly browned. Reduced heat, add 3 tablespoons water, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes until heated through. For Soup: Add frozen potstickers to any soup or stock and cook 2-3 minutes until tender to create a hearty Oriental-style soup. To Deep Fry: In hot oil (375 degrees F) cook frozen or thawed potstickers for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
