Boil: Place pour into boiling water, rotate several times during cooking. Carefully remove using tongs.
Cook 50–55 minutes if frozen 0°F.
Cook 35–45 minutes if thawed 40° or less. Microwave: Place tempered pouch flat, seam side down into microwaveable ½ pan. Make a ½ inch slit at top of pouch, cook on high power for 8 minutes, remove and massage pouch making sure center of pouch is pushed to the outsides, continue to cook on high power for 8 minutes. Shake pouch before serving.
Cook 16 minutes.
