Ingredients
Cooked Mussels, Corn On The Cob, Red Potatoes, Raw Shrimp, Clams, Italian Sausage (pork, Water, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose, Spices, Sodium Erythorbate, Spice Extractives, Sodium Nitrite), Onions, Butter (pasteurized Milk, Cream, Salt, Natural Flavor), Cooked Clams, Seasoning Packet (celery Salt [salt, Celery Seed], Spices [including Red Pepper And Black Pepper] And Paprika), Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Moisture), Sodium Bisulfite (as A Preservative).
Directions
Keep frozen.
Assembling your Shoreline Feast (Cook from frozen, do not thaw):
1. Remove tray containing all components from the box. Remove all components from metal tray. Do not cook any components in the individual plastic bags.
2. Open the bag that contains the corn, onions, and potatoes. Spread evenly across the bottom of the tray. Pour one full beer (lager style), or measure 2 cups of wine or water, and pour evenly throughout the pan.
3. Open the sausage pack and distribute evenly throughout the pan.
4. Open the mussels, shrimp, and clams packs and distribute evenly throughout the pan. (Please note: All products are shell fish and are to be removed from the shell before consuming. The shrimp are peel & eat and once fully cooked, the shells will not to be removed before consuming.)
5. Divide butter stick into 4 equal pieces and place them on top of the seafood. Open spice pack and evenly distribute over all components.
6. Cover with foil making sure all edges are secured tightly.
7. Select your preferred heating option. Note: Do not heat in a charcoal grill. Heating times are approximate and may need to be adjusted. Allow for extra time to cook.
8. Enjoy your Kitchen Seafood Shoreline Feast!
For Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 485°F. Place on center rack and cook for 1 hour, 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (Check potatoes and seafood to make sure everything has cooked through). Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes (Caution: Contents are hot). Carefully remove foil and enjoy!
For Gas Grill:
Preheat Grill to 485°F. Please the pan directly on the grill and close the lid. Cook 1 hour, 20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (Check potatoes and seafood to make sure everything has cooked through). Remove from heat and let rest 5 minutes (Caution: Contents are hot). Carefully remove foil and enjoy!
Chef's Suggestion's: Serve with crispy buttered bread, salad, and fresh lemon wedges.
