With my blessing, Stephen created Helen's Kitchen. Helen's Indian Curry: My daughter-in-law's grandmother, Chickoo, loved to cook and tell stories of her life in Asia and Northern India. In her tiny kitchen, she prepared meals that offered us a taste of her experience there. It was only just a few years ago, that she shared her recipe for Indian curry. This meal unifies our family cultures and passions for cooking. To Chickoo's curry, a recipe with authentic Indian spices, basmati rice, organic green peas and tomatoes, I added my signature GardenSteaks to create a wholesome, organic meal that tastes great. *diced Tomatoes, *brown Rice , Onion, *peas,tofu [soy Milk, (water, Soybeans), Water, Rice Starch, Trehalose, Coagulant Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Sulfate, Gluconolactone), Glucose, Rapeseed Oil (for Frying)], *quinoa, Water, *expeller Pressed Canola Oil, *garlic Puree, *evaporated Cane Syrup, *onion Granulated, Salt, *spices And Coloring, *garlic Granulated, *tapioka Maltodextrin, Tomato Paste, Natural Flavor (yeast Extract, Salt), *curry Blend [*turmeric (for Color), *spices, *dehydrated Garlic, Sea Salt], *corn Starch. Directions

Keep frozen. Microwave (Recommended): Remove tray from box & make a slit in overwrap. Cook for 3-5 minutes on High. Allow tray to sit for 1-2 minutes, remove overwrap & stir. Note: Microwave & oven temperatures vary. Instructions are a guide. Do not use toaster ovens. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove overwrap, cover tray with foil & place tray on a cookie sheet. Cook for 10 mins then stir. Cook for 10 mins more then stir again. Heat for additional time if needed. Allow tray to sit for 1-2 mins, remove foil, stir & enjoy. Suggested Garnish: Plain yogurt and fresh coriander.
