Organic Pasta (organic White Rice Flour, Organic Pea Protein, Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Flour), Cheddar Cheese (milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures & Enzymes, Whey, Buttermilk, Disodium Phosphate, Annatto Extract (for Color)), Blue Cheese (milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures & Enzymes, Disodium Phosphate), Citric Acid (to Enhance Flavor), Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Chili Powder, Spices.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. 2. Stir in pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes or until pasta has reached desired texture. Stir occasionally. 3. Drain pasta in colander. If not adding to sauce immediately, rinse in cold water. 4. In saucepan, add 2 tbsp unsalted butter and 1/4 cup milk with packet of sauce mix, stirring until completely incorporated. Add pasta and mix to coat thoroughly with sauce. 5. Serve and enjoy! For richer flavor, use up to 4 tbsp of butter and substitute cream for milk. Bold spice makes this a great dish on its own or enjoyed as a side dish. Combined with tuna or your favorite protein and vegetables, our Spicy Mac N' Cheese becomes a complete meal. Perfection is possible with Pamela's!
