Filling: Cracker Meal (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Water), Part Skim Ricotta Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Starter, Salt), Water, Romano Cheese (Pasteurized Sheep Milk, Rennet, Bacterial Culture, Salt), Soybean Oil, Salt. (May Contain: Semolina Wheat Flour [Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid] and/or Instant Wheat Flour: [Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid]).
Directions
Cooking Directions: Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to boil, place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a low simmer and cook pasta for approx 4-6 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain well. Serve immediately.
Serving Suggestion: Lightly toss one 16 oz bag Rizzo's Malabar Inn Cheese Tortellini with one 24 oz jar Rizzo's Malabar Inn Premium Pasta Sauce. Top with fresh grated Romano cheese. Serve immediately.
