Shrimp (Litopenaeus Vannamei), Water, Sodium Tripolyphosphate (to Retain Moisture for Flavor), Salt.
Preparation: To Thaw: Place shrimp in colander at room temperature for approximately 2 hours or in the refrigerator overnight. Rinse under cold water, drain. Once thawed, use within 2 days for optimum quality. To Boil: Thaw shrimp. Bring water to a rolling boil. Add seasoning to water if desired and then add shrimp, stirring frequently as thy boil. Boil 3 to 4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink. Do not overcook. Drain in a colander. Chill, serve with cocktail sauce and enjoy!
