Always check internal temperatures of cooked products before consuming. Bake: Frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove film from tray completely. Place oven tray with Shrimp Mac N' Cheese on a baking sheet. Bake for 2528 minutes until bubbly and parmesan cheese is melted. Microwave: Microwave: Remove film from tray completely. Cover with wax paper or paper towel. Place in microwave on high for 4 minutes, stir and continue cooking on high for approximately 1-1-1/2 minutes. Let product rest about 1- 1/2 minutes before consuming.
Keep frozen until ready to cook - do not refreeze.
