Frozen: Bake 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Thawed: Bake 14-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Stove Top Saute: Frozen: Heat a lightly oiled pan to medium low. Place fish in pan for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Thawed: Heat a lightly oiled pan to medium low. Place fish in pan for 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Grill: Frozen: Preheat grill to medium.
