You Will Need: 1 lb ground beef, 1 cup water, 2/3 cup milk, 1 bag (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups), nonstick cooking spray and foil. Sauce: 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Brown beef in 10-inch skillet, breaking up beef into small pieces; drain. Stir tomato herb sauce and water into beef; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, mix Ricotta Sauce Mix and milk in liquid measuring cup or small bowl, using whisk or fork. Layer: 3. Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray. Layer lasagna: Spread about 2/3 cup beef sauce in dish. Layer with 2 uncooked Pasta sheet (side by side) 2/3 cup beef sauce (cover Pasta with sauce), 1/4 cup ricotta sauce and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Repeat layers twice, starting with Pasta. Add remaining Pasta, beef sauce and mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake: 4. Spray 12-inch piece of foil with cooking spray. Cover dish with foil, sprayed side down. Bake 30 minutes. Uncover; bake about 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase water to 1-1/4 cups. In step 1, cover skillet when simmering. Chef inspired tips: Substitute 1/4 cup dry red wine for 1/4 cup water. Reserve 1/2 cup beef sauce to spread over lasagna for last 10 minutes of baking. Vegetarian: Omit beef. Cook 1 cup chopped red or green bell pepper and 3 cups sliced mushrooms in 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet over medium heat 2 minutes. Stir in 9-oz package frozen chopped spinach (thawed drained), Tomato Herb Sauce and water; heat as directed in step 1.
