Weight of dog - 3-12 lbs. Amount to feed - 1/3 to 1 cup.
Weight of dog - 13-20 lbs. Amount to feed - 1 to 1-1/3 to 2 cups.
Weight of dog - 36-50 lbs. Amount to feed - 2 to 2-1/2 cups.
Weight of dog - 51-75 lbs. Amount to feed - 2-1/2 to 3-1/4 cups.
Weight of dog - 76-100 lbs. Amount to feed - 3-1/4 to 4 cups.
Over 100 lbs - 4 cups plus 1/3 cup for each 10 lbs of body weight over 100 lbs (45.5kg).
