Bake heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place fillet on baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Stove top heat 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place fillet in pan, cook 7-9 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Open before thawing.
