So when our mailbox continued to fill with requests for gluten free pizza, we gave the challenge to our chef. After a lot of trial and error, and even more taste tests, we developed a gluten free crust that's as light, tender and delicious as our original. Amy's most popular pizza is our Spinach Pizza, topped with savory Italian sauce made from organic tomatoes and organic spinach blended with feta and sprinkled with mozzarella. Directions
Perishable. Keep frozen. Ovens may vary. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 6 minutes. Rotate 1/2 turn. Bake for 4-6 more minutes or until crust begins to brown. For a softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 400 degrees F for 14-16 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
