Directions
Cooking Suggestions: In the pan: pour the gnocchi directly from the package to the pan (high / medium heat) with your favorite sauce, adding half a cup of water (3.4 fl oz). Gently stir for about 3 minutes.
The sweet flavor of these potato gnocchi stuffed with Gorgonzola cheese pairs perfectly with melted cheeses. Try them with melted butter and Parmigiano cheese, a cream of Taleggio cheese and pear flakes or melted Gorgonzola cheese and walnuts.
Storage: Keep refrigerated below 4 degrees (+39,2 degrees F). Once open keep refrigerated and use within three days. Packed in a modified atmosphere.
