We've discovered the best way to carve your Roast is with a serrated bread knife in thin slices. If you have leftovers, you're all set. It's nice to have buds who make suds. one of our favorite breweries, Hopworks Urban Brewery, crafts its tasty beers right here in Oregon, just a few miles from tofurky HQ. Their amber ale won our taste test with its malty, caramel-ly flavor profile and ultra-smooth texture. We got creative and turned this 21+ brew into an all-ages velvety beer glaze that gives our ham roast a sweet, flavorful kick. Thanks, beer buddies! Directions
Prep Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. With a knife or scissors, remove plastic casing and netting from the ham roast. Place in an oven safe pan. Pour 1/4 cup of water in the pan. Cover and cook at 325 degrees F for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Uncover and pour glaze over the roast. Cook uncovered for 15 more minutes. Cook to a temperature of 165 F. Do not eat uncooked.
Keep refrigerated. Ok to freeze.
