keep frozen until ready to use. cook thoroughly before eating.
do not prepare in conventional or toaster oven.

check that product is cooked thoroughly. internal temperature needs to reach 165f as measured by a food thermometer.
microwave oven:
keep tamale in plastic overwrap and place onto a microwave-safe plate.
1100 watt - cook on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
700 watt - cook on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
relax for 1 minute.
remove tamale from wrapper, remove husk, enjoy!
