Directions
Bake: For Great Tasting Enchiladas: Makes 4 Servings
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 pouch (7 oz.) Ortega® Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
4 Ortega® Flour soft Tortillas (8-in), warmed
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
3 green onions, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 400° F. Combine chicken and 1/2 cup Enchilada Sauce. Evenly divide mixture among tortillas.
Roll up and arrange seam side down in 8-inch square baking dish. Pour remaining Enchilada Sauce evenly over tortillas. Bake covered 10 minutes. Top with cheese, then bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions.
