The following cook preparation was developed using a 1200 watt microwave oven set on high. Adjustment to the cooking time may be required due to variations in microwave ovens.
1. Take one unopened bag, evenly distribute contents and place this side up on a microwave safe plate. Place in the microwave.
2. Cook on high for 4 minutes 30 seconds. Let meal stand in microwave for 1 minute.
3. Carefully remove the plate and bag from microwave. Product and packaging will be hot. Using both hands, carefully hold bag by white circles and set upright. Cut top of bag and pour contents onto plate. Stir the food and enjoy.
Cook on stove top:
1. Heat a 10 inch non-stick skillet on medium high for 1 minute.
2. Pour contents of bag into skillet, add 1/4 cup water and cover.
3. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally for even heating.
Important: keep frozen.
Do not refreeze.
