Grill is best:
Grill BBQ skewers for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on all 4 sides and brush frequently with olive oil or your favorite BBQ sauce.
Stovetop: Saute BBQ skewers in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Brush with olive oil or your favorite BBQ sauce and turn frequently to keep moist.
Microwave: (if you have to) Pierce bag. Place bag on dish and heat on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Tip: let rest for 1 minute and serve. Do not overcook. For all preparation methods, cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165 degrees F.
