Pudding: Pour 2 cups of cold skim milk into bowl. Add mix. Beat with a wire whisk, rotary beater, or electric mixer at lowest speed until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Shaker Method: Pour milk into a leak proof 1-quart container. Add mix. Cover tightly; shake vigorously at least 45 seconds. Pour at once into dishes; pudding will be soft set and ready to eat in 5 minutes. For pie: prepare as for pudding, using only 1-3/4 cups skim milk and beating only 1 minute. Mixture will be thin. Pour at once into cooled baked 8 inch pie shell. Chill at least 1 hour.
