Directions

To retain vitamins do not rinse before or drain after cooking. How to Cook: 1 cup rice + 2 cups water = 3 cups cooked rice. Stove Top: 1. Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water in a heavy saucepan with a tight fitting lid (Add salt if desired). 2. Bring to a boil over High heat and stir. 3. Lower heat to simmer (Low). Cover pan and cook 20 minutes. For best results no peeking at rice until the time is up! Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store remaining uncooked rice in a sealed container.
