Pasta: Durum Wheat Semolina, Eggs, Water, Dehydrated Tomato, Dehydrated Spinach. Filling: Breadcrumbs (Soft Wheat Flour, Water, Brewer's Yeast, Salt), Cheeses: [Provolone, Gorgonzola, Cheese Powder (Cow's Milk, Salt, Rennet), Ricotta (Milk, Whey, Cream, Salt)], Water, Palm Oil, Salt.

Directions

Cooking Instructions: Empty contents of bag into 2 quarts of boiling salted water; Boil for 9 minutes or until tender, stirring occassionally; When cooked, let the tortellini settle for 2-3 minutes; Drain, add butter or sauce as described, or add the cooked tortellini to your favorite soup.

Keep in a cool, dry place (no refrigeration requred when unopened).
