Ingredients
Sodium Bicarbonate, Yellow 5, Maltodextrin, Blue 1, Red 3, Cellulose Gum, Magnesium Stearate.
Directions
Tip: dab tablet on damp paper towel to determine color. Dye after following Neon molten magic method below: Put 1 tablet in a cup. Add 1 tablespoon vinegar or water*. Let tablet dissolve. Add 1/2 cup room temperature water. Bend egg dipper & dip. More time = deeper color. Suggested dye time is 5 min. Remove & place in drying tray. Neon crayon shavings (parental supervision required): While eggs are boiling, create crayon shaving using the directions below: 1. Cover workspace with newspaper and lay out the included plastic tray. 2. The plastic tray compartments will hold the colored crayon shavings as well as your hot eggs. 3. Insert the sharpened side of a colored crayon into the sharpening tool. Angle and continue to turn the crayon repeatedly to produce crayon shavings. Repeat until all colored crayons have shavings. Very small wax pieces can also be used to create a molten look. Neon molten magic (parental supervision required): Caution: use egg tongs to handle eggs. Do not rinse eggs with cool water. Eggs will be hot. 1. Place one hot egg onto plastic tray. 2. Gently sprinkle crayon shavings, one color at a time over the hot egg. For different looks reposition egg using egg tongs and apply additional crayon shavings. For best results, decorate one hot egg at a time. Wax shavings will not melt on a cooled egg. 3. Allow crayon shavings to cool and egg to dry before handling. 4. Place on kit drying tray when finished. Neon dye colors: 1. For colored eggs follow dye method instructions. Coloring eggs after following Neon Molten instructions will result in a limited color application. *Pink tablet: use water only for best results.
