Founded in 1992, our story began as a bakery inside a small natural foods market on Main Street in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Here we discovered our passion for creating delicious gluten-free and celiac-friendly breakfast and snack foods. We pride ourselves on our ability to craft granola, snack bars, and oatmeal that taste just as good (if not better) than our less healthy competitors. Directions
Stove Top: Empty contents of one packet into a bowl and add 1/2 - 2/3 cup boiling water. Stir. Let stand one minute. Microwave (1100 Watt): Empty contents of one packet into a microwave safe bowl and add 1/2 - 2/3 cup water. Heat on high for 60-90 seconds. Remove from microwave (Caution: Product and bowl may be hot). Stir. Let stand one minute.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.
