2 cups corn flour yields approximately 16 - 18 tortillas. Mix 2 c of Instant Corn Masa Flour with approx 2 c of warm water and mix for about 4 minutes. Divide masa into approximately 16 small - sozed portions. Press into 6 inches shapes using a tortilla press lined with wax paper, or use hands to flatten out the portion of masa, without wax paper. Peel tortillas from the wax paper and place on a griddle, preheated al about 450 degrees F. Let cook for 20 seconds and flip. Cook for 20 - 30 seconds. Additional flipping may be necessary to fully cook the tortilla. Maintain covered to keep from dying.
