Use: Sweet Creations by Good Cook Aluminum bakeware is oven safe to 450 degrees F and ideal for use with all conventional ovens and convection ovens. Do not use in broiler or on the stovetop. Tips for Better Baking Results: For easy release, use our Silicone Baking Mat or parchment paper. Follow recipes carefully to ensure best baking results. Follow greasing and flouring instructions will also help your baked goods rise and release properly. Vegetable cooking sprays will give your baked goods added release. Utensils: Sweet Creations by Good Cook Aluminum bakeware is not safe to use with metal spatulas. Using high temperature nylon, silicone or wood tools is recommended for long lasting beauty. Do not use knives in your bakeware. Such use can damage or scratch the interior surface and void the warranty. Cleaning: For best baking results, always keep your bakeware clean. Allow pans to cool prior to washing Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or abrasive scrubbers during cleaning. For best results, hand was with non-abrasive cleaners and liquid dishwashing soap. Not recommended for dishwasher. Towel dry after washing. For stained of dull aluminum, pour boiling water and a cup of vinegar into the baking dish and allow it to set for 20 to 30 minutes before rinsing and drying.
