The Story of Skyline Chili: From a small kitchen in the village of Kastoria, Greece, a fascinated young Nicholas Lambrinides watched as his mother and grandmother prepared authentic Greek dishes from recipes passed down from generation to generation. These were unique, wonderful dishes that had the power to bring his whole family together. Nicholas dreamed that one day he would bring these recipes to America, and share them with friends and family. In 1949, his dream came true when he opened his first restaurant overlooking the skyline of Cincinnati, Ohio. Since then, Skyline Chili has been enjoyed by generations. Our Chili continues to be made from Nicholas's original recipe, using a secret blend of spices and only the highest quality ingredients. Skyline is dedicated to bringing friends and families together and will always be devoted to the American dream of the young man from a small village in Greece.

Chili (Beef, Water, Tomato Paste, Yeast, Spices, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Paprika and Natural Flavors), Cream Cheese (Pasteurized Milk and Cream, Whey Protein Concentrate, Cheese Culture, Salt, Stabilizer (Xanthan and/or Carob Bean and/or Guar Gum), Sour Cream (Cultured Cream, Skim Milk, Food Starch Modified (Corn), Whey Powder, Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Sorbate, Carrageenan), Lecithin, Autolyzed Yeast Extract.
Directions
Pre-cooked. Keep frozen. Cooking: For best results, bake Skyline Chili dip in a conventional or toaster oven. Conventional Or Toaster Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove chili dip from package. Using a fork, punch six to eight small holes in the center of the clear film. 3. Place chili dip on baking sheet - bake for 40-45 minutes. 4. Using caution, remove chili dip from oven and peel back clear film. 5. Add toppings to taste and let stand for 2 minutes - enjoy! Microwave Oven: 1. Remove chili dip from package. Using a fork, punch six to eight small holes in the center of the clear film. 2. Place chili dip on a microwave-safe plate. 3. Microwave on high for 3:00 to 3:15 minutes, rotating at least once during cooking (times may vary by oven type). 4. Using caution, remove chili dip from oven and remove clear film. 5. Add toppings to taste and let stand for 2 minutes - enjoy! Caution: Contents will be hot.
