Ingredients: Tomatoes (tomatoes, Salt), Water, Pasta (durum Semolina), Ricotta Cheese (milk [whole & Skim], Vinegar, Salt), Beef, Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Onions, Egg, Garlic, Soy Oil, Salt, Spices, Olive Oil.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by use of a food thermometer. Oven: Yes, ovens take longer, but it tastes (and smells) better that way. One: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove entree from carton. Remove aluminum lid and bend in center to form a tent. Place back on pan, bending corners of lid around pan. Two: Place tray with tented lid on cookie sheet on center rack of oven (6-8 inches from heating element). Cook for 80-85 minutes. Cook for an additional 10 minutes with the lid removed. Three: Carefully remove entree from oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Convection Oven: Convection ovens work great, too. Nonna approves. One: Preheat convection oven to 300 degrees F. Remove entree from carton. Remove aluminum lid and bend in center to form a tent. Place back on pan, bending corners of lid around pan. Two: Place tray with tented lid on cookie sheet on center rack of oven (6-8 inches from heating element). Cook for 65-70 minutes. Cook for an additional 10 minutes with the lid removed.
