Serving Suggestions: Try Luzianne Seafood Coating Mix on any kind of fish fillets, peeled shrimp or any other seafood of your choice. Baking for Fish: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Rinse fish and remove excess moisture by patting with paper towel. 3. Pour Luzianne Coating Mix into a plastic bag. Place 1 or 2 pieces at a time in bag, shake until evenly coated. Shake off excess coating mix. 4. Arrange coated fish in single layer in greased pan. 5. Bake 10-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork (Ovens vary; times given are approximate). Deep or Pan Fry for Seafood: 1. Preheat oil in frying pan or deep fryer to 350 degrees. 2. Moisten seafood pieces with milk or water; shake off excess liquid (For extra crispness, add egg to the mixture). 3. Pour Luzianne Coating Mix into a plastic bag. Place 1 or 2 pieces at a time in bag; shake until evenly coated. Shake off excess coating mix. 4. Place coated seafood in hot oil; fry until golden brown on both sides, turning as needed. Microwaving: 1. Rinse fish and remove excess moisture by patting with paper towel. 2. Pour Luzianne Coating mix into a plastic bag. Place 1 or 2 pieces at a time in bag; shake until evenly coated. Shake off excess coating mix. 3. Place fish in a single layer on microwave safe rack or on paper towels in microwave safe pan. Place thick pieces toward edge and thin pieces toward center. 4.
