Rubbermaid glass food storage containers have a limited 2 year warranty this warranty covers Rubbermaid glass items that break, chip, or crack within two years from the date of purchase when used within the parameters of the use and care instructions described above. This warranty does not cover damage from mishandling, negligence, or accidental breakage and only applies to defects that occur during normal household use. If the same item is not currently available, it will be replaced with a similar item. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rubbermaid shall not be liable to the purchaser or end user customer of Rubbermaid glass items for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use or inability to use Rubbermaid glass items even if Rubbermaid has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. To replace Rubbermaid glass containers under this warranty, notify Rubbermaid below and enclose this warranty along with the original receipt or a copy thereof.
