Enriched Bleached Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate,. Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Shortening (meat Fats, Vegetable Oils, Bha, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid, Dimethylpolysiloxane), Water, Salt, Dough Conditioner (whey (milk), L - Cysteine), Baking Powder (corn Starch, Bicarbonate Of Soda, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Calcium Acid Phosphate).
Directions
Ready to cook! Keep refrigerated. Preparation Instructions: Allow tortillas to come to room temperature then place in an iron skillet on medium heat or on an electric griddle at 400F Cook each tortilla for 1 minute on each side then turn to the other side for 1/2 a minute. Cooking Tips: If the tortilla does not puff up, increase heat slightly and if it has burned spots, decrease heat slightly. For a softer tortilla cook on one side for 1/2 minute then turn back on the first side for 1/2 minute. Alternative Cooking Method: Cook in toaster oven at 450 degrees for 2 minutes.
