Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.

Microwave*:
Frozen:
1. Remove 2 burritos from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
2. Microwave on high power for 75 - 90 seconds.
3. Allow to set 1 minute before serving.
Thawed in refrigerator:
1. Remove 2 burritos from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
2. Microwave on high power for 45 - 55 seconds.
3. Allow to set in microwave 1 minute before serving.
Oven*:
From freezer: Remove film and wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet in center of the oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
If thawed in refrigerator, remove from film and wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet in center of oven and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
Keep frozen until ready to use.
May be thawed in refrigerator. Do not keep refrigerated for more than 3 days.
