Wok/Skillet: 1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes* or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally.
Microwave: 1. Place vegetables in microwave safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons water. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 8-9 minutes*; stir halfway through cooking. Let stand 2-3 minutes. 3. Drain. (Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust cooking time accordingly).
*For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160F.
Try it with a twist! Add cooked chicken, beef or shrimp. Toss in mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits. Add cashews or peanuts.
