Vanilla rich chocolate chip cookies: Mix 3-1/4 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking soda and 3/4 tsp. salt in medium bowl. Beet 1-1/3 cups butter, softened, 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar and 1 cup packed light brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs and 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract, mix well. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Stir in 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks, makes 5 dozen.
Flavorful Tips: Cake mix (1 pkg): Pure vanilla extract (1 tsp); Fruit salad (4 cups): Pure vanilla extract (1 tsp); Whipped cream: (2 cups): Pure vanilla extract (1 tsp). Flavorful tip: for rich flavor and aroma, add 2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract to a pot of coffee.
