After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Here is the Amy's Kitchen version of a pizza popular in southern Italy, based on the pizzas our chef Fred's grandmother used to make. Instead of the usual pizza sauce, we layer diced organic tomatoes on the crust, then cover them with mozzarella, shredded parmesan, chevre and basil. The really special touch, though, is the crust - light and tender with organic cornmeal added for extra texture and flavor. This is a truly unique pizza we're sure will please those of our customers looking for a total taste treat. Everyone in our family loves pizza: for dinner, lunch, snacks, parties - even for breakfast. And everyone has a favorite. Amy and her friends like their pizzas with just cheese & sauce, and so did her grandma Clarice. Her dad goes for a spinach topping. Her mom & grandma Nonny prefer cheeseless pizza with lots of veggies. So we decided to offer a variety of toppings. One thing everyone agreed on was that the crust had to be excellent. Not hard, soggy, or thin like cardboard. So we created a crust that is light, tender and tasty. The dough is made from organic wheat flour and organic cornmeal, then hand-stretched and baked. After that we carefully add the toppings in perfect proportion to the crust. No GMOs - No genetically engineered ingredients. We like hearing from you.

Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Diced Tomatoes, Organic Cornmeal, Part-skim Mozzarella And Parmesan Cheeses (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Organic Tomato Puree, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chevre (pasteurized Goat Milk, Salt, Culture, Enzymes), Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Green Onions, Organic Basil, Sea Salt, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Yeast, Black Pepper.
Directions
Perishable. Keep frozen. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove overwrap. Place directly on the oven rack. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until crust starts to brown. For softer crust, bake on a baking sheet at 425 degrees F for 13-15 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
