For Use on: Most types of interior floors including vinyl composition, rubber, terrazzo, concrete. Not for Use on: Marble, natural stone or wood floors. Dilute. Apply with mop. Wait 5-8 mins. Rinse completely. This concentrate product must be diluted as directed prior to use. Note: Always test product in an inconspicuous area prior to use and allow to dry to eliminate compatibility. For Light to Medium-Duty Stripping: Dilute 16 ounces of product with 1 gallon hot water (130 degrees - 150 degrees F or 54 degrees - 66 degrees C) - a 1:8 dilution. For Heavy-Duty Stripping: Dilute 64 ounces with 1 gallon hot water (130 degrees - 150 degrees F or 54 degrees - 66 degrees C) - a 1:2 dilution. Generously spread solution over area to be stripped with a cotton string mop and allow to soak 5-8 minutes. Do not allow stripper to day before rinsing. If desired, agitate with a brush or stripping pad. For heavier jobs, use a low speed stripping machine. Pick up solution completely with a clean mop or wet vacuum. Rinse twice and allow to dry before applying Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer. Follow with Zep Sealer, Floor Polish and Neutral pH Cleaner. Zep Pro Tip: Break larger jobs into multiple zones (200 - 400 sq ft) to allow enough time to finish stripping before solution dries. Handling & Storage: Keep container closed and upright when not in use. Store in acool, dry, well-ventilated place. Protect from freezing. Do not reuse empty container. To Open: Close tightly. Push down and turn.
