Directions

Keep frozen. Defrosting: Place in refrigerator and defrost overnight. Or, remove shrimp from bag, place in colander under cold running water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and cook. Safe Handling: Do not refreeze defrosting shrimp. Store defrosted shrimp in refrigerator and use within two days. Shrimp are cooked when flesh is completely white and is firm to touch. Chef Suggestion: Marinate shrimp in your favorite marinade for maximum 4 hours in the refrigerator. Remove from marinade and grill, bake or broil. Cooking: Defrost before cooking. Oven Bake/Broil: Place shrimp in single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter. Season to taste. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or set to broil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or broil for 3 to 5 minutes. Boil: Bring pot of salted water to a boil. Add shrimp and bring water back to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes or longer. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Grill or BBQ: Brush with olive oil and season to taste. Grill over Medium-High heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Smaller shrimp can be skewered before grilling.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
