Scramble 2 eggs along with a couple spoons of enchilada sauce, chili powder, and cheese. Warm the tortillas on an ungreased pan. Toss the scrambled eggs into the tortilla, add a little more cheese, olives, and top with a bit of enchilada sauce. Roll the tortillas up and serve!
