Grass-fed Beef (beef, Water, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Citrus Extract, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Black Pepper [may Contain Up To 15% Beef Broth From The Sous Vide Cooking Process), Mongolian Sauce (coconut Aminos [coconut Nectar, Water, Sea Salt], Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut Nectar, Sesame Oil, Prune Juice Concentrate, Tapioca Starch, Ginger Puree, Shiitake Mushroom, Vinegar, Coconut Sugar, Smoked Dehydrated Onion, Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Dehydrated Roasted Garlic, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Xanthan Gum, Monkfruit Extract).
Directions
Cooked to perfection. You are about to enjoy tender beef strips that have been fully cooked to a perfect medium temperature, using a gourmet cooking technique called Sous-Vide. Heating Instructions: 1. Get Ready : Heat skillet over medium-high for 1 minute and add 1 tbsp of your preferred cooking oil. Break beef strips apart by massaging pouch before opening. Cut open pouch, thoroughly drain beef broth, and discard (Excess beef broth is a result of the sous-vide cooking process). 2. Heat Beef: Add beef to skillet. Separate beef with tongs. For medium doneness, heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. For well-done beef, add additional 1-2 minutes on each side. 3. Add Sauce: Reduce heat to low, pour sauce into skillet, and simmer for 30 seconds, stirring beef to coat with sauce. 4. Enjoy!: Portion beef onto serving plates, cover with remaining sauce from skillet, and let stand for 1 minute. Ready in 5 minutes. Fully cooked.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.
