Frequently asked questions about using OTC Network cards on Instacart

Instacart is a marketplace where you can shop from over 1,400 popular national and regional retailer brands (like Albertsons, ALDI, Costco, CVS, Kroger, Publix, Sam's Club, Sprouts, Wegmans, and more). Through Instacart you can schedule delivery for as fast as an hour, or later in the day or week to fit your schedule. Delivery windows start as early as 9AM and run as late as midnight, depending on that store. You can also choose to pick up your order instead of getting it delivered at select retailers. All orders need to be at least $10 to be eligible for delivery.

You can add an OTC Network card either from account settings, at checkout (in the 'Pay with' section) or by clicking 'Continue' above on this page where you will be prompted to add your card after signing up or logging into Instacart.

Once your OTC Network card is added, you will be able to see an 'OTC Network' label next to all eligible items. At checkout, you will also be able to see how much your OTC Network card will be charged and how much any other forms of payment will be charged for non-eligible items, fees, or tips purchased in the same order.

Using your OTC Network card to pay for fees will depend on your health plan’s eligibility rules. Please contact your health to learn about whether you can use your OTC Network card to cover fees.
