Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200; 3 to 4 min. time on high. 1000; 4 to 4 1/2 min. time on high. 700; 5 min. time on high. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 1-quart saucepan. Empty contents of pouch into saucepan. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium. Cover; cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain.
