Directions
Double Chocolate Brownies: (Makes 12 brownies). You Will Need: 2 Large eggs or 4 egg whites. 1/3 Cup vegetable oil. Baking Instructions: Do not eat raw batter. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of 8x8-inch pan with Pam. 2. Beat eggs for 2 to 3 minutes in a large bowl. Gradually add brownie mix and beat to moisten. Add oil and stir until combined. 3. Spread evenly into greased pan and bake immediately. 4. Bake on rack in center of oven 25 to 27 minutes. Add 3-5 minutes for glass pan. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving.
