Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Contains One or More of the Following Oils: Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed, Sunflower, Corn), Contains 2% or Less of Annatto Extract (Color), Caramel Color, Salt, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate Added to Maintain Color.
Directions
Cooking Directions: Standard oven/toaster oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake for 12 minutes, flip product over and continue baking an additional 8 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately. Deep Fry: Deep fry (it is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat cooking oil (it is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil) to 350 degrees F. Fill deep fryer basket half full of frozen fries and carefully lower into hot oil. Deep fry 3 to 3 - 1/2 minutes. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately.
Keep frozen. To Store: Keep frozen until ready to use. To reclose bag, twist open end and secure with rubber band or twist-tie. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed.
Warnings
Caution: ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Always add product carefully.
Note: cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts reduce cooking time.
