Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Dipper Fries are made with 100% certified Idaho® Potatoes and are loaded with real potato flavor. These fries are perfectly shaped to dip in queso or load ‘em up just like chips. They’re not just crispy, they’re super crispy! Our potatoes are par-fried before freezing, which means they are already partially prepared and only need to be cooked before eating. Simply heat oven to 425° F and bake 24-26 minutes in the oven, or cook 12-14 minutes at 360° F in the air fryer. Each order includes one 28 oz. bag of Grown In Idaho Super Crispy Dipper Fries.

Ingredients

Idaho Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (contains One Or More Of The Following: Canola, Palm, Soybean, Sunflower), Modified Food Starch (potato, Corn, Tapioca), Rice Flour, Dextrin, Salt, Leavening (disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dextrose, Xanthan Gun, Color (annatto).

Directions

Cooking Directions: For Food Safety: Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Read and follow cooking instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat to 425 degrees F. 2. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 inches x 17 inches baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 24-26 minutes. Half Bag: 18-20 minutes. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F. 2. Fill air fryer basket with half bag of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook for 12-14 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. Keep frozen.
