Idaho's growing season of warm days and cool nights, ample mountain-fed irrigation and rich volcanic soil, give Idaho Potatoes their unique texture and wonderful flavor. Potato perfection. We've used certified Idaho potatoes to make these delicious, skin-on, super crispy waffle French fries. Enjoy a bite of three and relish in the crispy texture and great flavor of the iconic Idaho spud. See where these potatoes got their start.
