Ingredients

Chik'n: (Water, Wheat Gluten, Sunflower Oil, Soy Protein, Starch (Wheat, Potato, Maize), Bamboo Fiber, Modified Cellulose, Yeast, Salt, Pea Protein), Breading: (Wheat Flour, Water, Maize Flour, Salt, Potato Starch, Yeast, Dehydrated Onion & Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Canola Oil, Sugar, Raising Agent (Phosphates, Sodium Carbonate), Wheat Fiber, Wheat Starch, Turmeric & Paprika Extracts (for color), Carrageenan, Chilli Extract, Herb Extracts, Herbs, Smoke Flavor, Sodium Citrate, Spice, Spice Extracts, Yeast Extract).

Directions

OVEN:

Preheat oven to 425° F. Spread desired amount of frozen nuggets on a non-stick baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 13-15 minutes until lightly browned and crispy, turning over halfway through. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!

MICROWAVE:

Place desired amount of frozen nuggets on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for approximately 1:10 – 1:40 minutes. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
