Like the classic, original whipped topping, it is also made with no artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners. Not only is this dessert topping 10 calories per serving, but it is also vegan, gluten free, keto friendly (0g of protein, 2g net carbs [2g total carbs minus 0g dietary fiber], and 1g added sugar per serving) and it fits a low carb lifestyle (2g net carbs per serving [2g total carbs minus 0g dietary fiber]).

Coconut Milk (water, Coconut Cream), Sugar, Less Than 2% Of: Mono- And Diglycerides, Pea Protein, Natural Flavor, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan. Propellant: Nitrous Oxide.
Directions
Directions for Best Results: 1. Rotate bottom 1/3 of can under warm water (not hot!) for 30 seconds. Dry can and cap. 2. Shake well 8-10 times before use then remove cap. 3. Turn can completely upside down and press nozzle sideways with finger. 4. Rinse nozzle thoroughly with warm water and replace in refrigerator.
