Filler: Roasted Hatch Green Chile, Monterey Jack Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt Enzymes), Powdered Cellulose (to Prevent Caking), Masa (water, Yellow Corn Processed With Lime, Soybean Oil, Seasonings (modified Corn Starch, Salt, Chili Pepper)), Soybean Oil, Modified Corn Starch, Salt.

Directions

Heating Instructions: Stove Top (Preferred Method): You'll need a saucepan & steamer basket or veggie steamer. Add water just below level of basket. Place tamales in basket open-end up if possible. Cover & bring to a boil. Steam for 15-20 minutes depending on quantity of tamales in pan. Remove corn husk prior to serving. Microwave: Wrap one dozen tamales or fewer in very damp paper towel & place in microwave safe container. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes depending on power of microwave. Remove com husk prior to serving.

Keep frozen.
